It’s a high-quality, printed A5 booklet packed with real offers from local shops, businesses, organisations, makers, creators and venues.
Each page fits three vouchers that customers can cut out and redeem directly with you.
Our Autumn 2025 edition will be available at many local shops & outlets, helping residents and visitors discover the best Ryedale has to offer — and encouraging them to shop local.
Nope. There’s no charge to you to put a voucher in the booklet.
All we ask is that you provide an offer you’re happy to honour — and help us spread the word.
Your offer should have:
- A clear value to the customer
- A valid period of at least one full month
- A discount, freebie, or perk that feels worth cutting out and using
(We recommend a minimum value of £2.50)
We reserve the right to decline any offer that doesn’t meet the spirit or quality of the booklet — but we’re happy to help you tweak it.
The booklet will be sold:
- Through select local businesses, shops, outlets & events
- And via future local fairs and markets
There is a minimum donation of £5 per booklet. All profits from booklet sales, minus printing & distribution, are being donated to Ryedale Carers Support.
Future editions may support other local charities alongside Ryedale Carers.

These help us keep everything organised and make it easy to reconnect with you in future editions.
Every voucher will have the same terms & conditions printed on the back.
“One voucher per customer per visit. Not valid with other offers or for cash. Valid only during the dates shown. Vouchers must be cut out and handed in to be redeemed. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-approved basis.
Submitting the form doesn’t guarantee inclusion — but if your offer fits and is confirmed before the deadline, we’ll do our best to feature you.
If a business fails to honour a listed offer, it may:
- Be excluded from future editions or the online platform
- Be flagged in our records
- Appear on a community review/thank-you wall

Once the voucher is approved and sent to print, changes aren’t possible for that edition.
100% of profits from booklet sales, after print and distribution costs, will be donated to Ryedale Carers Support, helping support elderly and isolated residents in our community.

By submitting a voucher offer, you are agreeing to:
- Allow your voucher to appear in multiple prints of the same edition
- Honour the offer as submitted or a suitable replacement of equal value, during selected valid period
- Let us display your offer and content in promotional materials
- Let us collect physical vouchers for anonymous impact tracking
- Accept that inclusion is not guaranteed until final approval
The back of each printed voucher will include generic terms & conditions for customer clarity (e.g. one use per customer, not redeemable for cash).
